Are your jewels tarnishing?
Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, a durable metal that does not tarnish.
Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
The assembly, the pewter parts and the fused glass elements are designed and drawn by our team, right here in Quebec.
Are your jewelry items suitable for use in water?
Jewelry made of genuine leather should be removed before swimming or showering. Stainless steel or glass jewelry, however, can be worn in water.
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
We select hypoallergenic raw materials, such as stainless steel, leather, and glass. Our jewelry is therefore designed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions.
Do you have several bracelet sizes?
Our bracelets are offered in a standard size of 19 cm. When placing your order online, you can indicate in the comments if you would like a different size.
How do I attach the safety chain that's on my bracelet?
What should I do if my jewelry breaks?
If your jewelry is broken, please email us at service@bijouxcreart.com and attach a photo. We will then assess the best solution to repair the situation.
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Exchanges are accepted provided the jewelry is undamaged and unworn. The replacement must be of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the jewelry is damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at service@bijouxcreart.com
How do I use a promo code?
We regularly offer promotional codes to spoil you. To take advantage of them, go to your shopping cart and enter the code in the “Add a promo code” section. The discount will be applied automatically if it matches the items in your cart.
